Calendar Year 2026 Equipment Provision Services

Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7 is interested in receiving bids from firms or individuals to establish an equipment and operator provision services contract for construction, maintenance, and project management related purposes. All projects will occur within the District’s easements, rights-of-way, and boundaries. The Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing various pieces of equipment with a certified operator(s) as specified by District Representatives. Bidder must agree to furnish specified equipment, fully operated, at per-hour rates set forth in their bid. The successful bidder(s) must have the equipment ready for use within 30 calendar days from award of the contract. The District will not pay for lunch, and other breaks, breakdown time, or servicing of equipment. All fuel, repairs, lubricants, and other costs of maintaining the equipment will be at the expense of the bidder. The District will not pay any charges beyond the rate-per-hour basis.
