    Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors for the Camp Mabry Parking Lot Expansion Project in Austin, Texas. Work includes but is not limited to construction of one (1) New Hot Asphalt Parking Lot, Road Base Parking 2, Road Base Parking 3, and Road Base Parking 4, along with the selective demolition and reconstruction of an existing retaining wall. The estimated Base Cost of this project is $600,000.00 with Proposal Option estimated at $50,000.00. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM CT on Monday, June 29, 2026, OR 1:00 PM CT, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2200 W. 35th St, Austin, TX 78703.
