The Contractor shall provide a fully managed campus shuttle bus program, including vehicles, operators, supervision, dispatch/communications, ability to support real-time tracking, reporting, and all incident response activities necessary to operate the University shuttle routes safely and reliably. Services will also include but are not limited to, Contractor Responsibilities; Vehicle Minimum Specifications; Routes, Service Levels, and Adjustments; Operating Requirements; Maintenance, Cleanliness, and Compliance; Reporting and Data Requirements; Incident Response and Notifications; Special Events and Emergency Operations; and Price Adjustments and Change Control. A full schedule of Shuttle Service Routes to be provided in RFP HM25004 which will show current routes throughout the Campus. A Mandatory CPP Site Visit (Pre-Bid Meeting) has been scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 10:00am. Interested service providers must register in the following link: CPP Shuttle RFP Pre-Bid Conference Registration Once registered, interested proposers should assemble in the Parking & Transportation Parking Lot, located at 3801 W. Temple Ave., Pomona, CA 91768, Bldg. 109.  See attached map for directions. Key Action Dates: 1. Bid Packages Distributed: Friday, April 10, 2026, 2.
