    Project Name: CONSTRUCTION MGMT & SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES – 41C2408 Marin County Jail Cell Improvements & Related Work The County of Marin is seeking a professional consulting team to provide Construction Management and Special Inspections services for the upcoming Marin Jail Cell Improvements and Related Work project. The Cell Improvement and Related Work project consists of the following scope of work: repairs, retrofits, and/or replacement of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment located in the inmate cells; renovation of the inmate showers; application/installation of new resinous and resilient flooring system in cells, dayrooms and other housing unit support spaces; and the select replacement of the specialty cell detention doors. Project construction is expected to kick off in September with a total contract term of approximately 17 calendar months, with 14 calendar months of on-site construction. Those wishing to join the site walk should email a clear image of a photo ID to mary.hobson@marincounty.gov no later than July 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Only individuals who are cleared by MCSO will be allowed to participate in the site walk.
