    City of Lake Charles, Louisiana 2025 Asphalt Overlays Lake Charles, Louisiana City of Lake Charles Capital Project No. CP3503 LEI Project No. 25-016 The intent of this Contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the Contract. This project consists of pavement patching, degrassing edge of road and grading shoulders, adjusting sanitary sewer manholes to grade, milling asphaltic concrete pavement, in-place cement stabilized base course, asphalt concrete wearing course, asphalt concrete ramps at paved driveways, aggregate surface course on aggregate driveways and hydro-seeding (if required) for the following streets at various locations in the City of Lake Charles: 1. North Grace Street (Opelousas Street to South to Dead End) 2. North Grace Street (Opelousas Street to North to Dead End) 3. Cessford Street (North Grace Street to East to Dead End) 4. Byrne Street (North Grace Street to East to Dead End) 5. Bayou Road (Sale Road to Orchard Street) 6. North Railroad Avenue (1st Avenue to Bilbo Street) 7. Pithon Street (Clarence Street to South to Dead End)
