Contractor must be licensed in the field of Cardiology. 2. No bidder may bid for work of any kind that the bidder is not properly licensed to perform. Any such bid received will be disqualified. Copies of all licenses must be included with the BID documents. 3. Bidder must be able to supply all required items and services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement. 4. Individuals or staffing agencies must have qualified personnel with at least 3 years¿ experience working with developmentally disabled individuals. Staffing agencies must have qualified personnel in place at time of bid and submit candidate¿s license.
