Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) carpet removal, replacement and painting services as described herein. Contractor agrees to all labor, equipment, tools, parts, material, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing carpet, baseboards, and floor transition strip, and furnish and install new carpet, baseboards, and floor transition strip and repaint existing exterior and interior walls in accordance with the latest edition of California Building Code and any required standards.
