Once the proposals are ranked by Carteret County Governments Committee and the qualified Contractor is determined, Carteret County Government may conduct further negotiations, and/or request presentations to any or all Contractors. Carteret County Government reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, proposals directed to the best interest of the County. Each Contractor shall fill out the required information within this RFP, submit Certificate of Insurance for liability and Worker’s Compensation in order for the proposal to be qualified. Sealed proposals will be opened immediately after the bid submission deadline and read aloud publicly. A 5% bid bond is required.
