    Description

    This is an open solicitation for catering, snacks, and refreshments not associated with School Nutrition to be purchased on an as-needed basis under a multi-year contractual agreement. There is no list of items to bid on at this time; the District is requesting a discount on list/catalog pricing. Quotes will be requested when needed and should be based on any discount provided in your response. No quantities are guaranteed. NOTE: Vendors already awarded on Terrell ISD RFP 2425-005 or a member of ezCater do not need to submit a response to this RFP. If you have any questions, please email Terrell ISD Purchasing. TERM - The term of this award shall be from June 16, 2026 to June 15, 2027 and then automatically renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, with the final expiration date being June 15, 2031. Terrell ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if it is determined to be in the district's best interest to ensure the availability of products and/or services. The district anticipates awarding this contract to multiple vendors, which is in the district's best interest. Although the district is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit their bids electronically. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors, unnecessary work, and be friendlier to the environment. Your cooperation is appreciated. Any proposal received later than the specified time will be disqualified. The district is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date and time in the Purchasing Office shall be the official time. Proposals may not be submitted by fax or email.
