    Description

    The State is requesting proposals for a residential farm project in Palisade, MN. The project is for one Ritchie Omni 10 Cattle Waterer or an approved equivalent (Made in USA), capable of providing drinking water to 200 head of beef cattle. A trench must be dug 100 yards from the farm pump house to the feedlot with water and electric lines put in and back filled. A concrete pad must be installed in the feed lot to support the cattle waterer. All iron and steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used for this project by the Contractor, must be produced in the United States as required by the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). Desired project completion date is mid-June 2026. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
