    Scope of work to include all necessary labor, materials and equipment for Notice to Bidders and Newspaper Advertisement The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University will receive sealed bids for project number 151217 / 1164 titled CCC Replace 2 CT 2E until 2 p.m. local time on February 19th 2026 at Sarah Loguen Center, 2nd floor room 2008 where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Delivered to: Mrs. Jeanie Pender Contracts & Campus Purchasing SUNY Upstate Medical University Dr. Sarah Loguen Center, 2nd floor 650 South Salina Street, Room 2050 Syracuse, New York 13202 Where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time. The renovation of approximately 1,350 SF of the second floor, located within the main emergency department of Upstate Medical Center. Scope includes the replacement of two CT machines, both level one imaging rooms, renovation of the associated control rooms, along with renovating a shared equipment room to house the equipment associated with both CT rooms. This work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, hazardous material abatement, general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinklers and general cosmetic upgrade throughout including new lead lined drywall, flooring, ceilings and doors. There will be associated MEP work in the corridor and break room within the second floor and on the fourth-floor roof including new remote condensing units. This will be a multi-phase project as shown in the documents to have at least one CT machine active at all times. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 200 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. SUNY Upstate, Design and Construction, 650 South Salina Street, 2nd floor, Syracuse,NY 13202. Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may ONLY be obtained from: Syracuse Blue Print Company on 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210 (contact number: 315-476-4084 and Fax 315-4764006) Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.99 made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk‑throughs will be provided. Photographs of the site or a video walk though can be made available in an addendum. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process.
