Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being pre-qualified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification, if applicable. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 946 Parsons Avenue, at 3 P.M. on May 4, 2026 and 89 W Park Avenue at 1 P.M. on May 7, 2026. Attendance is strongly encouraged. See the IFB for instructions as to how to submit questions. The last day to submit questions is May 12, 2026 at 12 P.M.
