    TRORC is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) and seeks to select at least three qualified environmental professional (QEP) firms/teams, hereinafter referred to as Consultants, to provide technical work in performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments, site-specific quality assurance project plans (SSQAPPs) if needed, Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) or Evaluation of Corrective Action Alternatives (ECAA), Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), remediation planning and management, permitting and clearances on an “on-call” basis through September 30, 2027. Additional work may include addressing local audiences, working with site owners or municipalities, and communicating risk. Selection does not guarantee work. The overall budget for this project is roughly $2,500,000.
