    ONLINE ELECTRONIC BIDS for the project(s) listed below will be received by the State Highway Administration (SHA) at https://www.bidx.com/maryland/main until 12 Noon Eastern time on the date specified below for the Bid Opening, at which time they will be opened. Cleaning, Painting, and Minor Rehabilitation of Existing Bridge Nos. 0702900 and 0703100 carrying MD 267 over Amtrak in Cecil County. The Contractor performing any cleaning or painting work shall have SSPC’s Painting Contractor Certification Conforming to SSPC-QP1 and QP2. Bridge rehabilitation work includes structural steel retrofits, bearing repairs, drainage trough repairs, compression seal replacement, rehabilitation of concrete, and application of concrete protective coatings and fiber reinforced protective systems.
