This is a re-issue of SWIFT Event 2000017885. Responses received from responders that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be rejected. LOCATION DATE AND TIME Minnesota Veterans Home Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM 2190 Williams Avenue Montevideo, MN 56265 Responders must register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders should register by April 22, 2026. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Elissa Laumb at elissa.laumb@state.mn.us Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Erin Snaza via email at erin.snaza@state.mn.us no later than 2:00 PM on April 24, 2026. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
