Contract for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary and required for the performance of cellular phone network survey in seven New York State regions. The roadway distances to be surveyed in each region varies from 2500 to 6500 miles. Each region will be a separate contract. A summary the survey follows. Full details of the scope are included in the Request For Bid. Full cellular spectrum scanning on commercial mobile devices with carriers' SIM cards for Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. Data will include Cell ID, RSRP, RSRQ and SINR levels, other relevant data including latitude, longitude and time stamp. Low Band and High Band throughput testing and data - speed, latency, data and voice quality (Bi-Direction MOS Audio Quality). Provide output data in ARC-GIS Compatible Data Format including HEX layer capatibility with FCC National Broadband Map. Also provide signal strength map for best availableband by the mobile devices as would be experienced by the customer. MWBE/SDVOB organizations are encouraged to submit.
