To fairly evaluate contractors, the Town has selected ten (10) headstones from each cemetery (twenty total) to be used as a price and restoration methodology comparison during the proposal evaluation process. The Town of Pulaski maintains two municipal cemeteries: Oakwood & Pinehurst Many historic headstones require restoration services including cleaning, leveling, resetting, structural repair, and preservation work. The Town seeks a contractor experienced in historic monument preservation and restoration to perform work in a respectful, professional, and historically appropriate manner.
