Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks proposals from Construction Management firms to provide professional, at risk construction management services for the design and construction phase of a new Center for Spiritual Care and Reflection, and Art Heals Mission building addition to be located in Roswell Park’s Kaminski Park. The two-story addition, in the range of 4,500 gross square feet total, will be connected to the existing atrium on the ground and first floors of the Main Hospital Building. Each floor of the building addition— approximately 2,130 GSF per floor— will house an individual program: the Spiritual Care Center is intended to be located on the first floor, and the Art Heals Space will be located on the ground level, as shown in the Conceptual Design Drawings included within this RFP. There will be a virtual pre-bid held on Wednesday, March 18th at 9:00am EST. Meeting invites will be sent to interested bidders.
