Please acknowledge the City of Garland's Term and Conditions in the "Attributes" section. --- Q&A --- Q1: Regarding the tags: The description says vinyl adhesive and Everlast. If these actually need to be adhesive, can we determine what character size is needed, reflective or not, and whether they want a black character on yellow or yellow character on black? If you just want Everlast, what size characters? Regarding the busbar: We will need a drawing or specific hole spacing measurements for this bar to get the correct item. A 4” bar will come in from each end ½” for mounting kit, that leaves 3” of space for the hole pattern. What spacing is needed for the #8-32 threaded holes? Customer needs to provide this as they are asking for specific type bus/ground bar. A1: Please use the provided part numbers found in the material bid list for the bid. The part number should used should outline everything asked for in the question. As for the busbar, there is no busbar for this bid. Please clarify if this question is for Centerville to Oates Transmission Material. Submitted: 12/30/2025 03:00:06 PM (CT) Q2: In Section CONDUCTOR SUPPORT & ATTACHMENT, reference to item 3F has PENDING SPECIFICATIONS. We would appreciate those specifications please. Also in this section, there are no specifications listed for item 3L as well. In Section WIRE & CONDUCTOR, we would need to know the conductor schedule for the Suwannee ACSS/TW item 6A, this will make a difference on the way the factory will quote it. Also we would like to know the specifications for item 6B. Thank you A2: Please use the following part numbers. 3F: SEDIVER / N14/146, 3L: PLP / Catalog VSD-2532, 6B: PLP / Catalog: 0112-HT. An updated BOM with these part numbers revised will be issued soon. For 6A, a conductor schedule will be provided soon. Submitted: 12/19/2025 02:35:20 PM (CT)
