    Description

    The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the following:

    The proposed work consists of the demolition of buildings and site appurtenances at the following locations:

    • Parcel 164 – 1022 North Calhoun Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76164
      • Building 14 – Purchasing Offices (1022A North Calhoun Street)
      • Building 17, 18, 19, & 20 – Operations Offices (1022B North Calhoun Street)

    The proposed work is a critical element in meeting deadlines for the proposed Bypass Channel construction schedule established by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).  Construction is to be complete by December 31, 2026.

    The Owners budget for the project is $100,000.
