All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids (consisting of up to 60 days for issuance of Notice of Award; 15 days for Contractor to return signed agreements, bonds and insurance; and 10 days for City execution of Agreement). Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
