    The City of Norwalk’s Housing & Neighborhood Development Division is a participating jurisdiction under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) programs under the Norwalk Housing Authority. The City is seeking a qualified consultant to provide CERTIFIED LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARD EVALUATIONS, LEAD HAZARD ABATEMENT MONITORING, POST-ABATEMENT CLEARANCE TESTING, AND ASBESTOS TESTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S FEDERALLY FUNDED HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM, AND OTHER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS to assist the City with this endeavor.
