    • Project Understanding (15 pts)

      General response to this RFP; adherence to submittal formatting and content requirements; understanding of Zone 7 project requirements, goals, and objectives.

    • Team Experience (25 pts)

      Technical experience in performing work similar in nature; qualifications of key personnel; key personnel’s level of involvement performing related work; adequacy of labor commitment; concurrence in the restrictions on changes in key personnel; experience working with water supply public agencies and/or municipalities; record of completing work on schedule; strength and stability of the firm; technical experience and strength and stability of proposed subcontractors. Experience with public agencies will be prioritized over private companies.

    • Project Manager Qualifications and Expertise (25 pts)

      Experience overseeing successful implementation of projects of similar scope, size, and complexity; experience working with California water supply agencies and/or municipalities; record of completing work on schedule. Experience with public agencies will be prioritized over private companies.

    • Technical Approach (25 pts)

      Demonstrated understanding of the project requirements; comments and/or suggestions on scope and project approach as outlined in the scope of work; proposed project schedule and deliverables.

    • Client References (10 pts)

      Assessments by client references. Experience with public agencies will be prioritized over private companies.
