    Description

    The Project includes but is not limited to the following Work: The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents includes furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, incidentals and services, including labor, for the Work which generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Mobilization/Demobilization; soil erosion and sedimentation control measures; soil tracking prevention and dust control measures; trim or remove trees within work area; temporary project construction access; site clearing and grubbing, where applicable; removal of existing fencing; excavate the upper 24 inches of the northern channel slope face and channel bottom in order to install rip rap flush with the proposed geometry; excavate the toe of slope for installation for the rip rap footer; install woven geotextile fabric; and install rip rap footer and slope protection; and install new reinforced concrete structures. Other improvements include general site improvements associated with the construction such as dewatering, stormwater turbidity control, bypass pumping for maintenance of stormwater flow in the channel, tree protection, fencing, grading and sodding all disturbed areas, surface restoration, stormwater monitoring and reporting, testing, restoration and site clean-up, maintenance of traffic, utility protection and relocation, and all related work for a complete and operable system. All Work shall be done as described in the Contract Documents and as shown on the Drawings complete and ready for operation in 180 calendar days. Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $750,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 calendar days. ## Pre-Bid Conference MANDATORY A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for the Project will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Pinellas Park Water Management District located at 6460 35th Street N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
