    CapMetro reserves the right to expand the scope of Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) to include up tofour (4) depot locations within the Austin metropolitan area, to be implemented in phases. TheContractor shall support such expansion by providing scalable pricing models, infrastructure plans,and operational strategies that accommodate additional depot locations as identified by CapMetro.The Contractor shall also demonstrate the flexibility of its solution to adapt to varying site conditions,capacity needs, and deployment schedules.
