    Description

    The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is seeking proposals for the Charter Schools Program (CSP) Technical Assistance and Facilitation Partner. The TAP will serve three interconnected functions: implementation support (facilitate launch and execution through coaching, tools, and project management supports); continuous improvement and monitoring (support partnerships to use data and leading indicators to strengthen implementation over time); and learning and dissemination (support partnerships to package partnership-generated artifacts and synthesize cross-partnership lessons into practice-ready products and professional learning resources for statewide use). High-level TAP Functions: · Grantee Onboarding and Program Infrastructure · Ongoing Technical Assistance and Grant Management · Partnership-Generated Learning Products and Dissemination Support · Professional Learning and Field Development Subcontracting will be limited to thirty percent (30%) of the total contract budget. Subcontracting is defined as non-employee direct personal services and related incidental expenses, including travel. NYSED will award one (1) contract pursuant to this RFP. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a term anticipated to begin September 1, 2026, and to end June 30, 2030. Bidders are required to comply with NYSED’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) participation goals for this RFP through one of three methods. Compliance methods are discussed in detail in the Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Participation Goals section below. Components contained in RFP #370 are as follows: 1.)
