The Offeror and the County will agree upon a scope of services outlining the rights and responsibilities of each Party through a contract. THIS SOLICITATION REQUIRES ALL PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH COUNTY’S E-SOURCING SYSTEM. NO PAPER, EMAIL OR FAX SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE.
