NOTICE CONCESSION BID Pursuant to HRS 102, electronic sealed proposals via the Public Purchase System will be received up to 3:00 P.M., Hawai‘i Standard Time, on March 25, 2026 and recorded immediately for the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, for CHILDCARE SERVICES AT THE PI´IKOI YOUTH CENTER for the Office of the Mayor. Notice of Intention and Application to Submit a Proposal must be filed electronically to cokpurchasing@kauai.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. HST on February 18, 2026. Proposers must request to be prequalified for the solicitation in Public Purchase no later than 3:00 P.M. HST on February 18, 2026. If you need an ASL Interpreter, materials in an alternate format or other auxiliary aid support, or an interpreter for a language other than English, please contact Natasha Perry at nperry@kauai.gov as soon as possible. A summary of the pre-proposal conference shall be issued via addendum through Public Purchase with sufficient time to consider the summary contents and any addendum generated thereof.
