This project is both state and privately funded. BIDDING DOCUMENTS The issuing office for Bidding Documents is Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architects, DPC. Procurement and Contracting Documents will be available starting April 20, 2026. Documents may be obtained by contacting Christopher J. Maby at cmaby@delta-eas.com. Bidders may print the documents at their own expense. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Any other source for bidding and/or specification documentation regarding this project will not be considered an official project resource or affiliated with the project, except for the issuing office. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this project, bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications: Hold a valid New York State Contractor’s License (copy required with bid). Demonstrate experience with similar renovation projects, including regulatory compliance and reporting. Children’s Home is particularly interested in receiving bids from NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs. A certified check or cashier’s check payable to Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Amount, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor obligations under the Contract Documents. Children’s Home reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any or all bids. Bids may be held by Children’s Home for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
