SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting quotes for extended hardware maintenance and support of Cisco equipment. SAWS would like to have a single vendor who can respond with a full SLA of 24/7 onsite support. Replacement parts meeting OEM specifications and have a regional office within the state of Texas. The vendor must have field engineers located within San Antonio, TX. Vendor must have the full capability of an online portal with automated ticketing support and email monitoring to provide updates of open tickets. This contract will be for one (1) year with three (3) annual optional renewals/extensions, for a total of 4 (four) years. If determined that an extension is favorable to the system, price and service considered, the award includes annual renewals. We highly recommend online submission.
