Bidder's Name (as indicated on Business License), Address, City, State, and Zip Code. b. Invitation to Bid #, Invitation to Bid Title and Buyer's Name. Questions and requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org).
