    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Placentia is seeking proposals (RFP) from qualified Franchisees to submit proposals for the procurement, construction, installation, and maintenance of bus shelters (with advertising panels), benches (with and without advertising panels), and trash receptacles at specified locations throughout the City. The Franchisee will be responsible for managing advertising on the bus shelters and benches with advertising panels. The City’s preference is to install digital advertising panels. Additionally, the Franchisee will be required to provide and pay a fee to the City under a profit-sharing/franchise agreement. The City intends to enter into a contract with the selected Franchisee for a contract term of five (5) years with five, 1-year option extensions.
