City of Bellaire - RDIP - Demolition of Facilities and Infrastructure

The City of Bellaire is requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the demolition of all above grade structures at 4503 Beechnut St, Houston, TX 77096 and 4300 Beechnut St, Houston, TX 77096. At 4503 Beechnut, the selected bidder would remove 9 permanent buildings, 5 temporary buildings, and 884 linear feet of chain-link fencing. At 4300 Beechnut the selected bidder will remove the existing carwash; all fencing will remain. Both sites will include removal/replacement of driveways, installation of ramps, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention plan and tree protection. Several utility lines will require capping and a water well will require plugging and capping. Compliance with Bellaire, Houston, Harris County, and state regulatory agencies where applicable is required. The selected bidder will be required to complete the work in compliance with the design plans and specifications, unless otherwise directed by City staff in writing.
