    The City of Bellevue, Washington (City) is seeking a qualified contractor (Vendor) to operate and manage a fleet of shared bicycles and scooters for Bellevue’s Shared Micromobility Program. Shared Micromobility is defined as a bicycle, scooter, or seated scooter that may be rented, operated on, and parked within City of Bellevue public right-of-way. The City plans to select one Vendor to operate a Shared Micromobility service through this solicitation. The selected Vendor agrees to comply with requirements for permitted operation of a Shared Micromobility system within Bellevue city limits. The selected consultant will also be held to the above-mentioned ADA and Title VI standards.
