City of Blair 2026 Mill and Overlay Project

The the City of Blair is seeking bids for a 2 inch mill and overlay project on the following segments of road in Blair. Please provide a price for each package as listed below. The City of Blair will provide an area in town to deposit millings if needed.

Package A

1. South 11th from Washington to Lincoln – 1 Block

2. South 18th from Davis to Lafayette – 2 Blocks

3. South 17th from Butler to South – 3 Blocks

4. Butler from 16th to 17th – 1 Block

5. 21st from Front to Grant – 3 Blocks

6. Washington Street – 23rd to 25th – 2 Blocks

7. 24th Street from College Dr to 960 N24th – 1 Block

8. 25th Street from Hwy 75 to 877 N 25th – 2 Blocks

9. College Drive Hill from 2910 to 2930 – 1 Block

Package B

1. Grant Street Crossing – Approximately 25 feet each side, in conjunction with UPRR

2. Alley from 16th to 17th, South of Washington – ½ Block

3. Adams Street from 13th to 16th – 3 Blocks
