City of Bunker Hill Village Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Bunker Hill Village, Texas (City) is seeking to establish a pre-event contract with a qualified firm to provide disaster debris monitoring management services to ensure that debris removal operations are efficient, effective, and eligible for FEMA Public Assistance grant funding. The contract will be dependent upon the number of disasters and doesn't guarantee or invoke an annual minimum. The awarded disaster debris monitoring management contractor (hereinafter referred to as DMC) shall advise and support the City during a disaster recovery effort and shall be responsible for coordinating with and overall monitoring of the City’s debris removal contractor(s) (hereinafter referred to as DRC) and recommending efficiencies to improve and expedite DRC recovery work
