A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held on June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time onsite. The approximate address is 1282 Camp Creek Road, Cornelia, GA 30531. The coordinates to the access road are 34.5349, -83.5104. It will be a gravel road on the right, approximately 1,000 feet past Lakeview Heights Circle as you are driving north on Camp Creek Road. The purpose is to allow bidders access to the jobsite and discuss any other questions the bidder may have. Bringing a small boat to access the outlet control structure is recommended. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of Record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work as specified, generally described as follows: installation of new toe drains, modifications to outlet control structure, catwalk to outlet control structure, concrete retaining wall construction, demolition of raw water tower, and miscellaneous site piping.
