Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the City of Fort Morgan Water Treatment Facility, 14625 Co Rd 8, Wiggins, CO 80654 on May 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. The Engineer may issue addenda as the Engineer considers necessary in response to the questions raised in the Pre-Bid Conference. Award: The Owner reserves the right to reject bids, to waive any informality in a bid, to readvertise for bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines.
