CITY OF GRAPEVINE - PEACH ST. WWTP TRAIN 1, 2, AND 3 IMPROVEMENTS

The completed Work will provide Owner with operational and upgraded Train 1 Filter units, Train 2 Aeration Basin Diffuser System, Train 2 and 3 Aeration Piping Systems, and a new Service Water Pump Station

This project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

1. Demolition of existing Train 1 Traveling Bridge Filters.
2. Installation of new Train 1 Disc Cloth Filters.
3. Installation of new Train 1 concrete driveway.
4. Installation of new Train 1 Aeration Basin weir.
5. Demolition of existing Train 1 motor control center.
6. Installation of new electrical distribution and controls to support new Disc Cloth Filters.
7. Connection of new Disc Cloth Filters Control Panel to Plant Control System.
8. Installation of new instrumentation and controls to support new Disc Cloth Filters.
9. Installation of new Train 2 concrete driveway.
10. Demolition of existing Train 2 Aeration Basin diffusers.
11. Installation of new Train 2 Aeration Basin diffusers.
12. Installation of new Train 2 aeration header and appurtenances.
13. Installation of new Train 2 Aeration Basin effluent weirs.
14. Modifications to existing Train 2 RAS Piping.
15. Miscellaneous Train 2 modifications.
16. Installation of new Train 3 aeration header and appurtenances.
17. Installation of new Train 3 Aeration Basin effluent weirs.
18. Modifications to existing Train 3 RAS Piping.
19. Miscellaneous Train 3 Modifications.
20. Modifications to existing effluent flow structures.
21. Installation of new Service Water Pump Station.
22. Installation of new service water distribution system.
23. Installation of new electrical distribution and controls as well as instrumentation and controls to support the new Service Water System.
24. All other work shown or required by the Contract Documents to provide a complete and working system

The Bidder’s attention is directed to the Drawings and Technical Specifications for a complete description of the Work and the Project.
