    The Work for this project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to construct, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, the 24”/27” Sanitary Sewer Line Manhole Replacement project in the City of Highland Village. This project consists of removing five (5) existing manholes on Phase 1/Section 1 of the City’s 24”/27” sanitary sewer line and constructing five (5) manholes to replace the manholes removed and providing sewage by-pass pumping necessary to keep the City’s sewer system in operation at all times. All of the replacement manholes shall be 5 foot in diameter.
