    Description

    The City of Issaquah (City) seeks to secure sewer and stormwater pipe jetting/clearing, stormwater catch basin cleaning, and hydro-excavating for utility potholing and repair (Work) on an as-needed basis. Upon approval and contract execution by the City, the form of which is included as Attachment A, the on-call contract(s) will be for a period of two (2) years with an opportunity for one (1) one-year extension upon mutual agreement. The City reserves the sole right to reject any and all submittals, to not award a contract, and to cancel or modify this solicitation process at any time. Award of a contract does not guarantee that any Work will be requested by the City. Work will be performed by the Contractor on behalf and at the request of the City’s Public Works department during the contract period authorized through independent project-specific task orders, the format for which is included as Attachment B. The Contractor shall provide services to the City within 48 hours of notification. - See attached ITB documents for full details.
