City of Katy FY 2026 East 4th Street & Airline Drive Asphalt Overlay Project

The project involves asphalt pavement repairs along East 4th Street and Airline Drive, consisting of mill and overlay of the existing pavement, full-depth repairs at select locations, ditch regrading, and replacement of culverts and driveways. In addition, the project includes the installation of approximately 185 linear feet of 8-inch water line along East 3rd Street. Includes all associated labor, materials, and equipment required to complete all the work.

 

A Non-Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held to review the scope of work. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2026.
