It is agreed that the bid prices contained herewith are firm for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening, and once awarded, the pricing quoted will be valid through the end of the year indicated. Year 1: 7/1/26 - 6/30/27 Year 2: 7/1/27 - 6/30/28 Year 3: 7/1/28 - 6/30/29 Any questions on this contract / bid documents should be asked on the MITN site no later than Monday, June 1, 2026, to provide adequate time for preparation of an Addendum, if necessary. A Bid Bond, cashier’s check, certified check or money order in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of your estimated total cost must accompany your bid. The bond must be from a company authorized to do business in the State of Michigan. Company and personal checks are not acceptable. Please upload a copy of the bid bond through MITN. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, to modify quantities, and to make award in the best interest of the City.
