As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to reconstruct existing asphalt concrete alleys on twelve (12) locations within the La Colonia Neighborhood. The Work includes the removal & disposal of excavated asphalt concrete and base materials; removal of weeds, roots & debris; compaction of subgrade and base; installation of 6” PCC pavement over 6” of Class 2 Aggregate base; and adjustment of manhole, water valve, and meter frames & covers to finished grade.
