City of Pasadena - Crenshaw Lift Station Generator Addition

Work of the contract, as shown in the plans and the bid documents, consists of construction improvements at the Crenshaw Lift Station for the City of Pasadena.

The project will include but not limited the installation of a permanent natural gas-powered emergency generator, associated site modifications, and electrical upgrades. In addition, the scope includes permitting coordination between the Contractor and CenterPoint Energy to bring natural gas supply to the proposed generator along all necessary improvements and testing to provide a wholly functional and complete installation.

Contractor’s responsibility includes, but is not limited to construction sequencing, quality control of workmanship and materials, handling of material, handling and disposal of waste material and compliance with regulatory standards related to the work.
