    Description

    The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting request for proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the WW2401 Gilleland Creek Wastewater Interceptor Project, project which consists of replacing approximately 2700 linear feet of the existing 12-inch wastewater line with a 18-inch line to meet projected peak flows. Sealed proposals will be received by Monday, August 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST. In addition, hard copy proposals will be accepted for this solicitation in accordance with the LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE Section 271.0065. Proposals submitted in hard copy must be received at the address below before the proposal submission deadline: Public Works Department - 15500 Sun Light Near Way, Building 6 -Pflugerville, TX 78691

     

    Copies of the specifications and bid documents will be on file and may be examined at the following location: - www.civcastusa.com, WW2401 – Gilleland Creek Wastewater Interceptor.

     

    Proposals addressed to the City of Pflugerville will be received until Monday, August 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST submitted through Civcast at which time they will be publicly opened and read virtually via the link provided through Civcast. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for the project will be held virtually at 10:00 A.M. CST on Monday, August 10, 2026, refer to the project information on Civcast for details on how to join the pre-bid meeting. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be in writing through Civcast. The submission deadline for questions will be Monday, August 17, 2026, at 12 P.M. CST.

     

    The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
