Proposals addressed to the City of Pflugerville will be received until Monday, August 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST submitted through Civcast at which time they will be publicly opened and read virtually via the link provided through Civcast. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for the project will be held virtually at 10:00 A.M. CST on Monday, August 10, 2026, refer to the project information on Civcast for details on how to join the pre-bid meeting. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be in writing through Civcast. The submission deadline for questions will be Monday, August 17, 2026, at 12 P.M. CST.
The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
