City of Poteet Booster Pumps Improvement Project

Bids are invited to furnish and install two (2) new booster pumps at Water Well #9 Production Site 1125 Ave J and two (2) Water Well #10 Production Site 70A 5 th St. The works include the necessary piping, valves, electrical upgrades, and foundations as required for the operation of the new booster pumps and motors.

 

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25th, 2026 at 11:00am at City of Poteet CityHall at 491 Avenue H, Poteet Texas 78065. Attendance by a representative of each prospectivebidder is required. Only bidders represented at the mandatory pre-bid conference will be considered responsive and eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids submitted by firms not in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference will be returned unopened and will not be considered. Attendance will be documented through a sign-in sheet maintained by the Owner.
