Mechanical system is a forced air with a remote compressor, the electrical system is a 400 AMP service. Bids will reflect individual amounts for the eight (8) primary work groups: 1) Site Concrete; 2) Demolition; 3) Re-roofing/Flashing & Sheet Metal; 4) Storm System Connections; 5) Window/Door Remediation; 60 Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical; 7) Insulation and 8) Finishes.
