    Dimeo/Bismark, A Joint Venture, is the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Stamford’s New Westhill High School. We are soliciting bids for the REBID Trades for this project. THIS PROJECT IS PUBLIC BID. Download ALL documents through Addendum No. 9. Addendum No. 9 consists of any updated documents for the REBID. All other documents are required. The project is a 450,000 sf new high school and demolition of the existing high school. This project is slated to begin in April 2026. Please refer to the schedule in the bid documents. The bid due date is June 23, 2026 by 11:00AM (DEADLINE), to be delivered to: Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd, 10th Floor - Purchasing Department, Stamford, CT 06901.
