    The City of Waller Economic Development Corporation is soliciting qualified multidisciplinary consultant teams to prepare an integrated five-year Economic Development Strategy and Transportation Corridor Study. The selected team will evaluate existing economic conditions, market opportunities, organizational structure options related to Type A and Type B EDC status, and future transportation and infrastructure needs supporting commercial growth. Services include project management, stakeholder and public engagement, corridor and capacity analysis, financial and implementation analysis, development of future growth scenarios, and preparation of final strategic recommendations and presentation materials. The project is intended to provide WEDC and the City of Waller with a coordinated roadmap for economic development, infrastructure investment, organizational positioning, and long-term community growth.

While attendance at the EDC Breakfast is not mandatory, it is encouraged, as it may provide valuable background information, opportunities to meet local stakeholders, and insight into the Waller community.
