While attendance at the EDC Breakfast is not mandatory, it is encouraged, as it may provide valuable background information, opportunities to meet local stakeholders, and insight into the Waller community. Transportation engineering firms with successful experience in fast growth rural communities involving traffic forecasting, corridor planning, and securing funding for transportation improvements are also strongly encouraged to submit qualifications.
